Paralegal Research & Document Preparation

Dennis Deters, an individual and a Minnesota State Registered Proprietorship, provides case analysis, technical consulting, research assistance, and document preparation for licensed legal counsel and their federal criminal defendant or prisoner clients nationwide.1 Our specialties are Supreme Court petitions and motions to vacate the convictions and sentences of prisoners ("Section 2255 motions").
We have immediate, 24 hours per day, access to the computer records of all the federal courts in the United States. We also have immediate, 24 hours per day, access to all federal statutes and court rules as well as all federal and state case law within hours of the court decisions. Our prices are competitive, we use state of the art technology, we have over 23 years experience and have a proven track record of "results" for prisoners, year after year after year. We are also registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State, we have a rating of A+ from the Better Business Bureau ("BBB") and we are well known throughout the Bureau of Prisons.
In our discretion, we will perform a FREE initial review and case analysis of federal cases upon request. There is no charge for this initial review and case analysis. In order to perform our initial review and analysis of a case, we need the following minimum data: (A) the location of the federal court involved; (B) the full name, register number, and address of the defendant or prisoner involved; and (C) the full name, address, and phone of a "contact person" outside of prison. This information will allow us to access substantial information about the case. Please do not send us additional documents unless and until specifically requested. Please note that, if we accept your case, we can assist you in obtaining the transcripts and the rest of the court case file. This is part of our services.
As set forth above, our initial review and case analysis is FREE. There is NO CHARGE. If our review indicates that we can potentially help the defendant or prisoner, we will notify you, provide you with a written analysis, and invite you to contact us to discuss the case further. We will also provide a proposed written retainer agreement (contract) with a specific "FLAT FEE" price for specific further work.
For your general information, Dennis Deters heads an association of paralegals, not attorneys.1 Since the vast majority of attorneys employ paralegals to perform the vast majority of their research and writing, it makes sense to "choose your paralegal" instead of accepting the 'luck of the draw'.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO HELPING YOU!
